General Description:

An exciting full time opportunity to join LifePath as a Skills Trainer in the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program.

The Skills Trainer provides instruction, resources, and support in order to maximize the consumer's ability to self-direct care and manage their own PCA services in the community. This position supports consumers in Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester counties and all of the communities we serve.

A passion for assisting people and at least one year’s experience supporting people with disabilities or those with significant life challenges is required. Successful candidate will have reliable transportation and ability to frequently travel throughout assigned areas.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a M-F, 35-40-hour work week position with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, excellent work environment, and an outstanding benefits package, including health, dental, vision, pet insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and HRA. Additionally, the position offers a 401K retirement plan, flex scheduling/remote options, and generous paid time off.
