From Route 91 North or South

Take Exit 26 and get off the rotary going toward downtown Greenfield. Applebee's will be on your left.

At the first stoplight, turn right onto Newton Street. Take a left onto Fairview Street W. Finally, take a left onto Munson Street. Take the "North" entrance (first turn on your left) for the Greenfield Corporate Center. LifePath's parking and entrance is on the left-hand side of the building.

From Route 2 East

If you live west of Greenfield, you will come to the rotary mentioned in directions from Route 91 above. Follow directions from there.

From Route 2 West
