LifePath’s Healthy Living Summer 2021 Workshops
Evidence-based workshops provide information and practical skills to better manage our health and improve the quality of our lives with long-term health conditions.
FREE, Remote Workshops You Can Access on Your Computer OR Your Phone!
Even though we are still unable to gather in groups, we are continuing to provide support and education to those of us with long-term health conditions. LifePath is offering the following remote workshops where we can make new friends while we learn how to take better care of ourselves.
Our Healthy Living workshops provide information, support, and practical skills that build our self-confidence to assume an active role in managing our long-term health conditions. Caregivers and loved ones are welcome to attend. All workshops are still FREE!
