General Description:
An exciting opportunity to join LifePath’s leadership team as the Housing Program Director. The Housing Program Director is responsible for overall management of existing programs, including supervision of staff, policy and procedures, community networking, and outreach, as well the development of new housing programs to assist older adults and people with disabilities to age in community. This position also includes providing direct service to Home Sharing participants.

- Computer proficiency and sound business acumen
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Transferrable experience in program development or program management considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree. Experience in relevant fields and previous supervisory experience required. Position requires: driver’s license and reliable transportation or ability to reliably commute; use of personal cell phone and data; and downloading of company-provided applications.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a salaried full-time position. Monday-Friday work week, with a requirement to be available to work off hours in emergencies and to attend training. Mileage reimbursement, excellent work environment, and an outstanding benefits package, including health, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, and company-funded HRA. Additionally, the position offers a 401(k) retirement plan, flex scheduling/hybrid option, and generous paid time off.
