General Description:
Awesome opportunity to join LifePath’s team of program leaders. The Housing/Home Sharing Program Director is responsible for overall management of existing programs, including supervision of staff, policies and procedures, community networking, and outreach, as well the development of new housing programs to assist older adults and people with disabilities to age in community. This position also includes providing direct service to Home Sharing participants.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Community outreach, professional networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Creative problem solving and a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to build high functioning, strong, collaborative teams
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office, G Suite, teleconferencing tools, and database management software
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Sound business acumen
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Demonstrated supervisory experience and an understanding of providing consumer-centered service coordination to older adults and/or people with disabilities. Relevant work experience, skills, and training may be considered in lieu of degree. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel. Use of personal cell phone, data and downloading of employer provided applications required.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full time, Monday-Friday, $54,600 annual salary position with availability to work off hours in the event of an emergency. Excellent work environment.
