Full Time (35 hours per week)
Great opportunity to join a wonderful team! The Receptionist is responsible for the smooth operation of the LifePath reception area, which includes answering the telephones, greeting all visitors and clients, processing daily incoming/outgoing mail, and providing clerical assistance and operational support to agency staff on a daily basis as needed.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability in:
- Computer proficiency
- Bilingual Spanish skills
- Respectful and courteous telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and oral bilingual communication skills
- Critical thinking, decision making and sound judgment
Must have excellent bilingual Spanish/English communication skills, respectful and courteous phone manner. Position requires competence in Google suite, Microsoft Word, and limited use of Excel. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Must be able to reliably commute. Use of personal data, cell phone, and installment of company-provided applications required.
Compensation and Benefits
