An opportunity to join a wonderful team. The Senior Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and customer service for a busy organization that provides services to older adults and people with disabilities.
Experience working in a busy technology-driven office setting with multiple departments. Experience with nonprofit human services program work a plus. Strong organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to function with minimal supervision; ability to perform a multitude of clerical skills as assigned; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; and strong technology skills, including proficiency with reports and statistics; Office and Google Suite; presentation software or equipment, such as Zoom/Google Meet; and basic A/V equipment, such as projectors and PA systems.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a Monday-Friday, 35-hour work week position paying $19 per hr.. Compassionate, inclusive company culture and excellent work environment.
