Jan 2017 Health Wellness Tai Chi photoAt a Tai Chi for Healthy Living workshop at the South Country Senior Center in South Deerfield in the summer of 2015, attendees learned to become more active, build strength, and improve their balance.

The Healthy Living program at LifePath offers six, evidence-based programs that focus on managing chronic conditions, diabetes, and pain; falls prevention and balance; healthy eating; and exercise.
