LifePath SHINE program

The LifePath SHINE Counseling Program currently does not have any openings for Open enrollment appointments to review options.

Members are encouraged to call Medicare at 1-800-633-4227 or Blue Cross Blue Shield at 1-800-200-4255.


Questions to Consider as You Examine Your Medicare Plan Change Options:

  • Are your prescription drugs covered with no restrictions?
  • What Medicare Advantage Plans are in your service area?
  • Would a supplement Medigap policy be a more suitable option?  
  • Check the provider network to ensure your providers (doctors, hospitals, specialists) are covered.
  • Review dental coverage: Is it adequate for your needs? Are your dentists in network?  
  • Review routine vision and hearing benefits.
  • Compare premiums, copays, and maximum out-of-pocket costs.
  • Review over-the-counter benefit allowances.

Please Note: If no action is taken by a Member impacted by this change before December 31, 2025, the Member will automatically be reverted to original Medicare with no prescription drug coverage.
