From Route 91 North or South
- Take Exit 43 (old exit 26) toward Greenfield Center.
- At the rotary (traffic circle), take the 3rd exit onto MA 2A-E; Applebee's will be on your left.
- At the first stoplight, turn right onto Newton Street.
- Take a left onto Fairview Street W.
- Take a left onto Munson Street.
- Take the "North" entrance (first turn on your left) for the Greenfield Corporate Center. LifePath's parking and entrance is on the left-hand side of the building.
From Route 2 East
If you live west of Greenfield, you will come to the rotary mentioned in directions from Route 91 above. Follow directions from there.
From Route 2 West
For those traveling from east of Greenfield, Route 2 West will merge onto Route 91S. When you come to the traffic circle mentioned in directions from Route 91 above, follow directions from there.
