Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time (35 hours) Associate Director of Marketing and Development. This person will be active in all aspects of the agency’s fundraising efforts and for creating, executing, and overseeing a comprehensive and overarching marketing, communications, and fundraising plan, and will further LifePath’s mission by building a strategic infrastructure to enhance investment in our all work and services. Reports to the Executive Director.

It is a hybrid position, based out of our Greenfield office, that will have regular travel for meetings, outreach/networking, and events in Franklin and Hampshire Counties and the North Quabbin area.

Qualifications

  • Mission focus
  • Five years of fundraising experience at a similar nonprofit or healthcare organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be forward-facing with donors
  • Skilled at making an ask
  • Experience managing events
  • Experience with media inquiries and press releases
  • Proficiency with donor database systems, office computer applications, and social media tools
  • Developed organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to identify prospective individual, foundation, and business donors
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring pay range: $60-65K, commensurate with experience.
