General Description:
No nights and no weekends! LifePath provides support services to elders and people with disabilities. Currently seeking per diem RNs/LPNs for Personal Care Attendant and Adult Family Care program. This position works as part of an interdisciplinary and cross-functional team. Territories include Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire counties and the North Quabbin/Mount Wachusett area.

Current Massachusetts RN/LPN license with experience in gerontological nursing or relevant nursing field is required. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel throughout service area.
