All Together Now, At Last
The All Together Now Festival: Celebrating LifePath’s 30th Annual Walkathon happens today. Not only do we recognize 30 years of bringing the community together in support of who LifePath serves, but let’s also recognize the gift of being “all together now.”

Walkathon: Experience and Anticipation
Our experience as we prepare for the Walkathon over these many weeks is that we have been marinating in goodwill shared with us by sponsors, fundraisers, donors, and other friends of LifePath. The goodness this event inspires is beyond compare. These sentiments shared by donors have been inspiring:

Legal Notes: Covid Clauses for Medical Advance Directives
In August of 2020, during the first wave of COVID-19 cases, I advised readers to review their medical advance directive documents. These documents could contain language that prohibits intubation and/or use of a ventilator in all situations. Allowing intubation and ventilator use can be life-saving for some COVID-19 patients. Nutrition Notes: Celebrate a World of Flavors for National Nutrition Month
March is National Nutrition Month, a campaign created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to focus attention on healthful eating and developing long-term, sound eating and physical activity habits. This year’s theme for National Nutrition Month is “Celebrate a World of Flavors.” It encourages us to celebrate flavors and cultures from around the world
